It has been a while since our last post in English!

How are you spending the summer?

Today, we are going to speak about how The City of Arts and Sciences is connecting Valencia with the world.

The City of Arts and Sciences has become one of the symbols of Valencia and in some way a bridge between Valencia, and the World (and not only because of the tourist buses that go there almost every day)

For example, The Palau de les arts (opera house) has brought international artists from the beginning, and the Sciences Museum has even hosted the international exhibition of Harry Potter.

But recently the complex itself has been used to film many movies and series

For example, the Disney´s movie Tomorrowland.

Or the next season (the third one) of the popular series of HBO Westworld, has filmed some scenes in The City of Arts and Sciences!
I Love this series, so I am very proud of being Valencian right now hehe

But not only that, even the Japanese company, Honda, has put its eyes in the City of Artes and Sciences and has used it to promotion its new car!

When the City of Arts and Sciences was built, there were many politic and economic problems, so not too much people was happy with this complex, but nowadays it has become the symbol of Valencia and a lot of people from inside and outside the Valencian Region enjoy it.
